Welcome Melissa Green, Esq. to Maven Law, LLC

We are proud to welcome Melissa Green, Esq. to Maven Law, LLC in Hockessin. Melissa brings extensive experience, deep compassion, and a proven record of success in representing individuals pursuing Federal Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits.

Melissa focuses her practice on guiding clients through the often complex and bureaucratic Social Security Disability process. Coming from a family of blue-collar workers, she has a firsthand appreciation for the physical and mental toll that years of demanding labor can take. She takes genuine pride in helping clients secure the benefits they deserve so they can continue to provide for themselves and their families with dignity and stability.

A native of Maine and the first in her family to attend college, Melissa’s path to the law reflects determination and service. Before earning her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Drexel University—where she graduated fifth in her class—she worked as a high school teacher. Her background in education continues to inform her thoughtful, client-centered approach.

In addition to her disability practice, Melissa assists families navigating special education matters under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, ensuring students receive the accommodations and services to which they are entitled.

Melissa has been recognized as a Top Delaware Attorney by Delaware Today Magazine since 2019, reflecting both her legal skill and her standing in the community. For many years prior to joining Maven Law, she practiced alongside Gary Linarducci at Linarducci Law, LLC in New Castle, Delaware focusing exclusively on helping Delawareans successfully obtain Social Security Disability benefits.

Outside the office, Melissa enjoys motorcycle riding, camping, and spending time with her family and dogs—an energy and authenticity that carry into her work with clients.

We are honored to have Melissa join our team and look forward to the continued expansion of our disability and special education advocacy services.

Please join us in welcoming her to Maven Law.
