Christopher Pendleton grew up in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and is a proud graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and Widener University - Delaware Law School.

Christopher brings strong firsthand experience with the Delaware Family Court system to his work at Maven Law. During his time in law school, Christopher began his family law experience as a judicial extern for the Delaware Family Court and as an intern with the Delaware Department of Justice’s Child Protection Unit. These opportunities allowed him to gain foundational experience observing court proceedings, researching legal issues, and understanding court procedure and practice.

Prior to joining Maven Law, Christopher received the opportunity to serve as a Law Clerk for the Delaware Family Court. Under the guidance of the Honorable Mary S. Much, Christopher drafted judicial orders, documented court proceedings, and reviewed petitions for compliance with court requirements.
