Jessica was born and raised in Delaware and has spent her career building a strong foundation in customer service, with over two decades of experience focused on client care and support. She is dedicated to ensuring that each client feels heard, informed, and supported throughout their experience with the firm.

Jessica is a graduate of Howard High School. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys, who keep her busy and active. As a family, they enjoy visiting Rehoboth Beach throughout the year, and Jessica especially loves traveling to Disney, which she considers her happy place.
