Marta M. Dybowski, Esquire, LL.M.

While in law school, Marta worked for Murray Richman, Esquire, a well-known criminal defense attorney in New York City. This position gave Marta experience in the New York State courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Following law school, Marta worked for the Delaware State Courts, educating defendants about the criminal justice system. She values face-to-face interaction and helping individuals solve problems.

While she was earning her Legum Magister at Delaware Law School, she worked for JP Morgan Chase & Co., conducting legal research and reviewing clients' legal documents. She worked for several years in private practice at a boutique estate planning and estate administration firm in Wilmington, Delaware. During this time, Marta earned a certificate in Estate Planning from Villanova University - Charles Widger School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program.

Marta is a member of the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association, the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Trust and Estates Sections of the Delaware State Bar Association. She frequently is appointed by the Delaware Chancery Court to serve as an Attorney ad Litem for disabled adults.

Marta grew up in Newark, Delaware. She is a Newark High School alumna and a proud Blue Hen. She is a founding member of the Theta Delta chapter of Alpha Delta Pi where she served as the Music Chair. She serves as the Member Development Advisor to the Theta Delta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at the University of Delaware.

She enjoys spending time at the Delaware beaches, Walt Disney World, and playing trivia with friends.
