Melissa Green, Esq. is an experienced and compassionate attorney who takes pride in helping her clients navigate the complex and bureaucratic world of Federal Social Security Disability claims. Coming from a family of blue-collar workers, she understands the value of hard work and how years of strenuous labor can take a toll on both a person’s mind and body. Melissa takes great personal and professional satisfaction from helping Maven Law clients continue to provide for themselves and their families by successfully obtaining Social Security disability benefits.
A native of Maine, Melissa was the first in her family to attend college. She worked for several years as a high school teacher prior to attending law school. In addition to her expertise in handling Social Security Disability claims, Melissa also represents families seeking assistance with navigating special education matters under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
Melissa graduated with her Juris Doctor,magna cum laude, from Drexel University where she was ranked fifth in her graduating class. Melissa has been ranked as a Top Delaware Attorney by Delaware Today Magazine since 2019. In her free time, she enjoys motorcycle riding, camping, and spending time with her family and dogs.
For many years prior to joining Maven Law, Melissa worked with Gary Linarducci, Esq. of Linarducci Law in New Castle, Delaware, focusing exclusively on helping local people win Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims.
